Terms of Service

Our General Terms and Conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen, AGB) are published in German only. The German version is the sole legally binding text; it is available at /de/agb/.

Non-binding overview

The following summary is provided for orientation and does not replace or modify the German terms.

• Business customers only. Sovyn is offered to businesses within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), not to consumers.
• What you get. Analysis of your app and a migration plan (free of charge), automated code changes proposed as a pull request to your repository, and hosting of your app on EU infrastructure operated by us, including database, storage, domains, email delivery and encrypted backups.
• Your code and data stay yours. The code changes we add to your repository may be used, modified and shared without time limit, also after the contract ends and outside Sovyn.
• Pricing. Per app and month, net of VAT: Starter 69 €, Pro 129 €. Dedicated infrastructure is quoted individually. Fees are billed monthly in advance via SEPA direct debit or credit card.
• Term. Paid hosting has a minimum term of 12 months per app, which funds the included migration. It then renews month by month and can be cancelled to the end of any month. A monthly-cancelable variant, where offered, carries a surcharge and no minimum term.
• After the contract ends. Your code remains in your repository. Database and files can be exported free of charge during the term and for 30 days after it ends; after that we delete the app, its data and backups.
• Changes. Material changes to the service or to prices are announced at least 30 days in advance, with a right to terminate if you do not accept them.
• Governing law. German law applies; the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered seat.
