For everyone who built with Lovable

Built with Lovable.
Time to bring it home.

Your app is done, your users are there — but the database, accounts, and files live in the platform's cloud. Sovyn moves your app to your own European infrastructure: your own Supabase, your own database, your own domain. All you connect is your GitHub repo.

Repo selected: my-lovable-app

Repo read: Lovable app with a Supabase backend — your code can stay exactly as it is.

Found: 14 tables with RLS, 312 user accounts, 3 Edge Functions, 2 custom secrets.

Your migration plan is ready: what comes along, what it costs, how long it takes. Give the go.

Database and user accounts are in. Your app runs on your own EU infrastructure — with your own Supabase. Welcome home.

No plugin in Lovable, no terminal, no rebuild — the move runs through your GitHub repo and the Sovyn app.

Why switch?

You love what you've built.
But do you own it?

Your app lives in a rental

It runs on the platform's servers, on the platform's terms. Pricing, limits, the future — someone else decides all of that. Perfectly fine for a weekend project. For the app your heart is in, it's a permanent state that feels wrong.

Your users trust you — not the platform

Their accounts, their data, their uploads sit in a cloud outside the EU and outside your control. When someone asks where their data lives, you want to give an answer that feels good — and is true.

There's a platform between you and your database

No database access of your own, no server of your own, just an export button. Anyone who really wants to move out rebuilds auth, sets up infrastructure, and pays an agency bill. That's why most people stay. Sovyn takes exactly that part off your hands.

How the move works

Three steps.
And your app is yours.

Looking and understanding costs nothing. You only pay once your app actually moves — and then the migration is included in your subscription.

  1. 1 2 minutes · free

    Connect your GitHub repo

Lovable writes your code to GitHub anyway. In Sovyn you connect your GitHub account and pick exactly that repo. Sovyn reads the app and shows you what's inside: tables, user accounts, Edge Functions, required secrets.

  2. 2 No terminal, no DevOps

    Confirm your migration plan

You see in black and white what comes along and what it costs — and give the go. Then Sovyn builds your own environment on European infrastructure: app, your own Supabase with database and auth, Edge Functions, domain, and HTTPS. In most cases your code stays untouched.

  3. 3 No downtime, you decide

Move your data and go live

You upload the database export from Lovable — as a file or a link. Sovyn imports it, including your users' accounts. Your app first runs on a staging environment for you to try out; it goes live when you say so.

There's nothing to install and nothing to connect in Lovable itself: the entire move happens between your GitHub repo and the Sovyn app.

Backups

One wrong click.
And yesterday's data is back.

Your code lives in GitHub — nothing happens to it. What hurts is the data: orders, accounts, everything your users have entered. Sovyn backs it up automatically — and restores it at the push of a button.

Runs without you thinking about it

Every 6 hours, daily, or weekly — you pick the rhythm and how many snapshots to keep. Configurable per environment. And in between, one click on “Back up now” is all it takes.

Encrypted before it leaves the server

Every backup is encrypted with AES-256 and gets its own key. Delete a backup and the key is gone — the archive becomes permanently unreadable. Exactly the answer you need when a user insists on deletion.

Back to yesterday, in one click

Pick a snapshot, confirm, done. The current state is automatically backed up first — in case you change your mind after all. No terminal, no database commands, no support ticket.

Backups go to European object storage — the same infrastructure your app runs on. No copy of your data ever leaves the EU.

Sleep easy

The good feeling that everything is yours.

An “EU region” at a US provider soothes your conscience, not your legal position. Sovyn puts your app on infrastructure run by European companies — from the data center to the signature on your contract.

  • Your contract partner is based in Germany

No US parent company, no legal boilerplate from Delaware. When your customer asks where their data lives, you have an answer that feels good — and holds up.

  • The paperwork is already done

DPA, TOMs, subprocessor list — the documents B2B customers ask for are ready and waiting for every app. The Pro plan adds an audit log and status page on top.

  • Locked in with us? Never.

A moving company that locks you in would be absurd. You can take your code, data, and files with you anytime, free of charge — and if you don't want a commitment, take the monthly-cancelable option.

FAQ

Common questions about switching from Lovable

What does Sovyn take along when moving out of Lovable?

Everything that makes up your app: the code (it stays in your own GitHub), the complete database with tables and access rules, your users' accounts, uploaded files, your Edge Functions, and your custom secrets. After the move, nothing is missing — it finally just belongs to you.

Do I have to install or connect anything in Lovable?

No. The move runs entirely through your GitHub repo and the Sovyn app: connect GitHub, pick your repo, wait for the analysis. You change nothing in Lovable itself.

Do I need to be technical to switch from Lovable to Sovyn?

No. You click your repo and later upload the database export from Lovable — Sovyn handles the rest. You only make the decisions: confirm the migration plan and go live.

Will my code be rewritten — or does Supabase stay?

In the vast majority of cases your code stays exactly as it is. Sovyn sets up your own Supabase on European infrastructure and points your app at it. Only for very simple apps does the analysis suggest a leaner setup — and tells you so up front.

What happens to my users' logins?

The accounts move with you. Anyone signing in with email and password signs in exactly as before. For accounts that ran through a third-party provider, there's a personal, single-use claim link. Nobody has to register again.

Does my app keep running during the move?

Yes. Your Lovable app stays reachable while Sovyn builds the new environment. You review everything at your own pace on a staging environment — you only switch once you're happy. No overnight cutover, no downtime.

What does moving from Lovable to Sovyn cost?

Looking and the analysis are free. The move itself is included in the Sovyn subscription — no agency bill, no project fee. The details are in the pricing overview on the homepage.

Who backs up my data once it no longer lives at Lovable?

Sovyn — automatically, with nothing for you to set up. Each environment's database is backed up on a schedule (every 6 hours, daily, or weekly — you choose), encrypted with AES-256 before upload, and stored on European storage. Restoring is one click in the Sovyn app, and the current state is automatically backed up first. And because every backup has its own key, a deleted backup is really gone — handy when a user insists on having their data deleted.

Can I keep building my app after the move?

Yes — more freely than before. Your code lives in your GitHub, and you work with whatever you like: keep going with Lovable, with Claude, with Cursor, or with people you trust. Changes land automatically on your staging environment; going live is up to you.

Your app is just waiting to truly be yours.

Connect your repo and see within minutes what's inside your app, what the move costs — and what it looks like running at home with you.
